PAYMENT TERMS 2027
Once you have submitted a fully completed booking form, you will receive an invoice from us. You must then pay a deposit of 30 per cent immediately. The person making the booking is jointly and severally liable for the payments. The remaining amount must be paid two months before the start of the holiday. The invoice amount is split into a sum to be paid in advance (comprising the cost of accommodation and the boat) and a sum to be paid on arrival. Failure to pay the outstanding balance on time, or failure to pay it at all, will result in the loss of your right to the holiday.
You must pay the deposit within 5 days; by law, there is no cooling-off period for travel, so once you have booked, the booker is obliged to make all payments.
Boat hire and guides are arranged by us through Catfish Camp Broers S.L. and are outside our responsibility; payments to Catfish Camp Broers are handled by us.
SEGURETY DEPOSIT
On arrival at your holiday destination, you must pay the amount due on the spot, together with a €150.00 deposit for the fishing boat and/or a €150.00 deposit for the flat in Caspe. Petrol: On arrival, Catfish Camp Brothers S.L. will charge you for one tank of petrol for boat hire and half-guiding at the daily rate. You may return the boat empty at the end of your holiday. Any remaining fuel will not be charged.

FISHING LICENCEYou can only order your fishing licence from us in advance; this is a service provided by Cafish Camp Caspe and we are under no obligation to do so. These licences are valid in the province of Aragon. The licences are valid for one year. The Spanish authorities require your full first name and surname, address, date of birth, passport or identity card number, and a copy of your identity card or passport (you must email these to our address in Spain: catfishcampgert@gmail.com). If we do not receive the complete details in good time (two weeks before your departure), we cannot guarantee that you will have a fishing licence in time. We can only process licence applications that have been sent in full by email (not via WhatsApp). The Spanish authorities require a fully legible copy; you may only obscure the bottom line containing your national insurance number. The copy must not have been taken using the government app, as this cannot be processed by the Spanish authorities.
